Our key role - to be on hand for any concerns you may have.

As a national Home Security company, now with over 12,000 happy customers benefiting from our monitored security systems, part of our role is to provide potential customers who have being contacted by DRS Alarms via telemarketing with clarification regarding the company and its services. The DRS Alarms telesales team all give their name and confirm they are calling from DRS Alarms when contacting potential customers. If you do not receive a name and confirmation that it is DRS Alarms that have called you, then it may not be DRS Alarms.

A key activity is our liaison with Police, Trading Standards and other governing bodies for our industry and consumers. We ensure the police are notified of where we will be canvassing with awareness campaigns and telemarketing.

We offer our support to Police and Trading Standards officers should any contacted residents have concerns about DRS Alarms Home Security or the service and products they provide.

We now visit each regional Police Force, and Trading Standards office where appropriate to confirm our compliance with ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) policy on Police Response to Security Systems; this policy details the police response which can be expected to electronic security systems.

These liaisons help us to confirm our company credentials as presented on our website, within the provided DVD and our marketing pack.

We are on hand to talk about the systems and monitoring services Direct Response offer and the benefits to our customers. We invite approached customers, police officers, and trading standards officers around the country to talk to ourselves the SSAIB, NSI regarding DRS Alarms Home Security monitored systems.
